Zepp Health makes strategic move to buy WILD AI

The parent company of Amazfit wearables brand, Zepp Health, has acquired the assets and IP of WILD AI. The listed company (NYSE) felt the female-led approach of WILD to tracking, training, fuelling and recovery was complementary to their strategic moves into the USA market.

The acquisition was completed end of August 2025 and included some key members of the WILD AI team moving across.

Said Helene Guillaume-Pabis, Founder and CEO of WILD AI:

"The future for women using wearables is amazing: we can use a product that is made for us. I am really proud of our team, the research we did for years to build the basis of

"how the female body functions"."

Zepp is moving hard into the US market and wants to make women's health, wellness and fitness a priority. Gabby Thomas, current Olympic 100m champion, has been signed up to boost profile.

Zepp has just relocated its HQ from China to the Netherlands and with VP of Strategic Development, Gareth Jones, who took Fitbit from zero to $300m in revenues, the intent is there to make WILD AI one of the global digital destinations for women's health.

Zepp's share price has benefited from the recent strategic moves and is currently trading (at time of writing) at $49.47 up from $3 in July. Amazfit has recently partnered with Hyrox with current darling of mass participation cross-fit events.

The future looks bright.
