Back in 2015 Socius Investing Ltd sold its health club brand, 37 Degrees Tower Bridge to what was the Reebok Club based in Canary Wharf. We were the Reebok Club investors first significant purchase swiftly followed by the Third Space club in Soho.
Fast forward the last decade and a re-brand to Third Space, there are now 12 in the collection. A fantastic growth in a highly competitive sector with a premium offering.
Some of our old staff have gone on to assume key management positions in the Third Space organisation and we are very proud of that too. People make up the heart and soul of a business, without that no business can build a successful story.
The most recent opening is in Clapham located in the Grade II listed former Arlington and Hobbs Department Store.
This is the third opening in 2024 following clubs in Battersea Power Station development and one in Wood Wharf.
We are immensely proud to have played a small part in the history of this fantastic brand.
